The floor rooms with balcony are located in the old tower shaft of the former water tower and have a very special, cosy atmosphere due to the octagonal floor plan and lower floor height compared to the panorama rooms. You will live here on a complete floor with a large glazed balcony.
The exclusive floor rooms 2 – 7 are located on the 2nd floor to the 7th floor and offer on an area of 36 m² and a 16 m² balcony space for maximum 4 persons and 1 toddler (up to 3 years) in a double bed (W = 1.80 m) and a sofa bed (W = 1.45 m).
Parking spaces are available at the trade fair car park 80 m away. You will receive a parking ticket from us for a deposit.
