The floor rooms with balcony are located in the old tower shaft of the former water tower and have a very special, cosy atmosphere due to the octagonal floor plan and lower floor height compared to the panorama rooms. You will live here on a complete floor with a large glazed balcony.
The exclusive Floor Room 1 is located on the 1st floor and has a surface area of 20 m² as well as a 16 m² balcony.
